POINT TRANSFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PARTIES:
The terms and abbreviations used in this agreement are explained below.

  • Point Transfer: YKS Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş.
  • WEBSITE: www.pointransfer.com
  • VISITOR: A person or persons who visit the website for informational purposes without providing personal contact details.
  • MEMBER/CLIENT/USER: A person or institution who provides the minimum required information to use the site, including a valid email address and password, and accesses the site by entering this information, voluntarily providing their personal and/or corporate details and service information.
  • CONSUMER: The person whose name, surname, and signature are on the contract and who purchases services from the website on behalf of themselves or represented parties.
  • TRANSFER COMPANY: The company providing the service in the requested area.

RESERVATION APPLICATION AND CHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • The transfer service is provided without any stops between the specified pickup and drop-off locations on our website.
  • If the written address is outside the specified region, POINTRANSFER reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the payment to the credit card or bank account used for the transaction or to the relevant reservation source if a current account is used, and no invoicing will occur.
  • Passengers are required to carry a photo ID and their transfer reservation document.
  • Changes to the reservation can be made through the "My Reservations" section of the website if the service is 24 hours away, except for the transfer date and vehicle type.
  • In case of flight delays, cancellations, technical failures, or other force majeure conditions (weather, roadblock, strike, terror, war, etc.), the transfer may be canceled or postponed. In such cases, the passenger has no compensation rights, and POINTRANSFER cannot be held responsible.
  • Once a reservation is confirmed and the payment is fully made, and a reservation ID is created, the reservation is considered complete.
  • Transfer changes and cancellations can be done via the website, but cannot be processed through our call center.
  • The transfer time is selected by the user on the website. For domestic flights, passengers should be at the airport at least 1 hour before, and for international flights, at least 2 hours before the flight. POINTRANSFER is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect timing selections.
  • The transfer services purchased via our website are private transfers, and no stops or additional passengers can be added on the selected route.
  • If there are planned flight delays, passengers should inform us at info@pointransfer.com with the PNR code at least 24 hours before. POINTRANSFER is not responsible for issues arising from delays not reported on time.
  • The transfer company does not offer free transfer rights for delays of 25 minutes or less. If the delay exceeds 25 minutes, the member will be informed, and if they agree to wait, the transfer will be carried out for free as a goodwill gesture. If they do not agree to wait, the transfer company will either pay for a taxi or offer an equivalent free transfer service for the next request.

USER-CAUSED DELAYS:

  • For pickups from the address, the vehicle will wait for up to 15 minutes for free. After 15 minutes, the member will be contacted and informed that the vehicle has arrived. If the member cannot be reached, the vehicle will return, and no refund will be provided for the reservation.
  • If the member cannot find the pickup team, they should contact the local transfer company's call center, and the situation will be resolved. If the member leaves without notifying the transfer company, no refund will be provided.
  • In case of flight delays, no waiting fees will be charged as long as the airline and flight number match the reservation.

VEHICLE DELAYS:

  • If the vehicle is delayed by up to 25 minutes, no additional benefits will be provided to the member. If the delay exceeds 25 minutes, the member will be informed, and if they do not wish to wait, an equivalent transfer service will be offered as compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  • Users guarantee the accuracy of all information provided during registration on our website.
  • Users agree not to share their username and password with others and are responsible for all actions taken under their account, including any financial or legal consequences.
  • Shared transfers may involve a waiting time of up to 1.5 hours.
  • The website serves as an intermediary between the customer and the transfer companies.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details during the reservation process. POINTRANSFER cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect details such as dates, times, addresses, or descriptions.
  • POINTRANSFER is not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or communication problems on the website.
  • The fees on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and toll charges.
  • If the user requests travel to a different area or multiple stops, additional approval and an extra charge will apply.
  • Vehicles are insured according to legal requirements, including seat and liability insurance. Additional insurance may be arranged at the user's request for an additional fee.
  • Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance, and for urgent reservations, the user must contact the call center for confirmation.
  • Reservations can be canceled without charge up to 48 hours before the service. Cancellations within 12-48 hours incur a 15% fee. No refund is provided for cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows.

INVOICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS:

  • The prices and terms on our website may change at any time at the discretion of POINTRANSFER.
  • Payment must be completed within the given time frame for transfer reservations made via bank transfer.
  • Prices on the website are valid for the day the reservation is made. POINTRANSFER reserves the right to change prices without notice.
  • Users can purchase up to 6 separate reservations on the same day with the same credit card. This limit does not apply to accounts with credit agreements.
  • Invoices for services purchased via the website will be issued within 7 days of the service date.
  • Any refund resulting from cancellations or refunds will be processed within 21 days.

VEHICLE, PASSENGER, AND BAGGAGE TERMS:

  • Each product and service has its own terms, and by making a reservation, the user accepts the conditions of the product provider.
  • POINTRANSFER is not responsible for any issues arising from the product or product provider.
  • Each vehicle has a specified passenger capacity, and no more passengers can be added than the specified capacity.
  • Child reservations cannot be made alone and must be made with at least one adult.
