Don’t worry! We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time accordingly, so you won't miss your ride. Make sure to enter your flight code correctly when making your reservation.

How should I choose the transfer time when going to the airport?

It’s important to adjust your transfer time according to your flight’s departure time. We generally recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we provide child seats upon request for a fee. Please indicate this during the reservation process.

Luggage Allowance

Each passenger is allowed 1 hand luggage and 1 suitcase. For additional luggage, please inform us during the reservation process.

Do your vehicles offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes, our vehicles are equipped with free Wi-Fi. You can use the internet during your trip.

How will I meet the driver?

We have meet-and-greet staff in each city. Before your trip, we will share the meeting point, and the staff will accompany you to your vehicle. For returns, you will receive contact information 1 day prior. You can also find the vehicle's license plate number and the driver’s name in your reservation confirmation.

What should I do if my flight is canceled?

If your flight is canceled, please contact us. We can update or reschedule your reservation.
