RESERVATION

The responsibility for making reservations through this site is entirely yours. Any errors or incorrect selections made during the online booking or whether or not you have a valid driver's license are solely your responsibility, and your commitment regarding the physical or mental competence for car rental is assumed by you. Additionally, if you use incorrect criteria, make incorrect selections, or purchase additional services erroneously during online reservation, and as a result, cancel the reservation, the rental and deposit fees, and the remaining payments will be considered as withdrawal compensation, and the 15% fee will not be refunded.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
After confirming your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email, and your reservation will be finalized by the Company. Any services (such as child/baby seats) that you decide on after not purchasing online are not included in the fees. RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental, and the cancellation will be without refund and without penalties. If you wish to cancel within 48 hours of the transfer, a penalty fee of 15% of the total reservation cost will be charged. Any differences will be refunded to your payment card.
CREDIT CARD RESPONSIBILITIES
